A 5-ton, two-stage Lennox heat pump has been donated to Canadian Valley Technology Center’s El Reno Campus for student training in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program.

The unit is valued at nearly $8,000 and was donated in a customer exchange through Drabek & Hill Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. The unit was initially installed at a customer’s home but was replaced with another unit.

Business owner Claude Drabek is a member of the CV Tech HVAC Advisory Committee. Advisory members are comprised of business leaders in surrounding communities who provide valuable feedback to instructors regarding industry trends, necessary equipment and skills required on the job. In exchange, Advisors are among the first to have access to CV Tech graduates for hire. Drabek and Hill has employed several of CV Tech’s HVAC graduates in recent years.
