About Course

Course introduces terminology, procedures used and diseases in the dental field. Areas studied include anatomy and oral structures, examination and prevention, prosthodontics, restorations, pharmacology and emergency care.

 

Note: Online Only. Enrollment deadlines 1/8 & 3/23.

To get the most out of online courses, the student will need basic computer skills, a good computer, and a high-quality Internet connection. Necessary computer skills include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

  1. Open and send email, including attachments;
  2. Conduct an internet search for information on a selected topic;
  3. Upload and download documents;
  4. Use online quiz tools; and
  5. Navigate in an online environment.

 

In-District students include those whose permanent residence is within any technology center district in Oklahoma. Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage will be required.
