Taught by a lawyer who manages his own rental properties, this class will answer student questions for both landlords and tenants. Additionally, it will cover Oklahoma’s Landlord Tenant Act, examine what a “good” lease might include, what the eviction process looks like, and offer practical tips for maintaining a good landlord and tenant relationship.
