TRUSTING TRUSTS FOR YOUR ESTATE PLAN

TRUSTING TRUSTS FOR YOUR ESTATE PLAN

About Course

Most Americans who own a home, a car, or another titled/deeded asset and wants to control what happens with them during life and after death, can benefit from a trust. What kind of trust does one need? What are the tax implications of a trust? Can someone change their trust after it is created? Can someone else change my trust after I die? People are full of questions surrounding this area of estate planning, and much of the beliefs and information readily available is simply not true. This course will teach the basics of trusts, such as what a trust is, how it works, the benefits of trusts, and the major types of trusts. The instructor for this course is an experienced attorney who will answer questions and help students better understand these estate planning tools.
