In Backyard Beekeeping, join our team of instructors that will help get you started on your own backyard apiary. Topics such as types of bees, bee colony structure and reproduction, types of hives as well as hive construction will be covered. Students will also learn different types/races of bees, methods for splitting hives and various diseases and pests of hives.

In-District students include those whose permanent residence is within any technology center district in Oklahoma. Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage will be required.
