So you have your wild game ground into hamburger and whole muscles ready to cook or slice for jerky, but now what? This class builds on the Wild Game Processing for DIY, where we will take you through how to make summer sausage, bratwurst, snack sticks, and jerky. This one-night class will have you “wowing” your friends on your recent harvest and food preparation skills!
Required: Students will need to provide their own ground and/or whole meat. If venison is unavailable, beef will work fine!

In-District students include those whose permanent residence is within any technology center district in Oklahoma. Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage will be required.
