PEC Basic Pipeline is a 1-day, introductory orientation that includes both SafeLandUSA requirements and pipeline-specific hazards and mitigation. This course covers awareness level safety information, confined space safety, HAZWOPER, welding operations, and a variety of other crucial topics dedicated to reducing the number of incidents in the pipeline industry—and includes Gold Shovel certification.

In-District students include those whose permanent residence is within any technology center district in Oklahoma. Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage will be required.
