To become a confident QuickBooks Online user, you must know the basics of accounting! Accounting is not as confusing or mysterious as it might appear…once you get the knowledge! QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software that can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. This software includes access to all product and feature updates, automatic data backups, as well as the ability to restore company data from backups. This is NOT the desktop version of QuickBooks. Master the fundamentals of accounting and become a confident QuickBooks Online user in this course.

Prerequisite: Basic computer knowledge. Online only. Students must have computer with Windows 7 operating system, minimum.

Required: Book (eBook), not included in cost.

Note: This is not the QuickBooks Desktop version. It is QuickBooks Online. Enrollment deadlines 1/8 & 3/23.

Important: 

To get the most out of online courses, the student will need basic computer skills, a good computer, and a high-quality Internet connection. Necessary computer skills include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

1. Open and send email, including attachments;
2. Conduct an internet search for information on a selected topic;
3. Upload and download documents;
4. Use online quiz tools; and
5. Navigate in an online environment.

In-District students include those whose permanent residence is within any technology center district in Oklahoma. Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage will be required.
